Colour Thread Bookmark - Bookworm

This bookmark features a distinctive woven texture, created using a single continuous thread without any fabric.

Inspired by The Enemies of Books by British printer and bibliographer William Blades, first published in the 1880s, it celebrates a love of books while playfully acknowledging the things that threaten them, including bugs, rats, and human neglect.

A hole-worn book and a plump bookworm appear on opposite sides of the bookmark. Place one side between the pages and let the other hang outside, making it easy to find where you left off.

The bookmark comes in a semi-transparent paper sleeve that softly reveals what’s inside.
