Our Story

Odumak means “a cottage”, a quiet and humble space.

In Korea, it refers to a small shelter in nature,
a place to pause, to rest, and to simply be.

Odumak began with a simple idea:
to bring small, meaningful objects from Korea into everyday life in Australia.

As someone who grew up in Korea and is now based in Australia,
I found myself missing the quiet beauty of familiar things,
the texture of traditional fabric, the softness of handmade details,
and the gentle warmth found in the smallest objects.

Odumak is a way of sharing that feeling.

Each piece is carefully curated from Korea, chosen not only for its beauty,
but for the thought and care behind its making.
I am drawn to objects that are gentle, simple, and made to last,
things to be lived with, and kept for a long time.

I hope this space becomes your own little Odumak,
a place of warmth, calm, and a quiet sense of home,
for a slower, more considered way of living.
